This website is for ISKCON Hare Krishna devotees who are seeking Krishna conscious marriages.
Most matrimony sites make you translate your heart into dropdowns. YugalMilan's AI Smart Search lets you simply write what you are looking for — "initiated girl from Pune, 25-30, chanting 16 rounds" or "MBA groom above 30, never married, connected to Vrindavan temple" — and the platform understands it, shows you exactly what it understood, and ranks matching devotee profiles.
Every profile it can return is OTP-verified, live-selfie verified and manually admin-approved. AI only decides the ordering and the understanding of your words; devotees and admins decide who is on the platform.
Plain-language search
Type a sentence instead of filling ten filters. Age ranges, cities, temples, rounds, education, profession and marital status are understood automatically.
Verified devotee pool
AI never invents profiles. It ranks only OTP-verified, live-selfie verified and admin-approved devotees from the YugalMilan community.
Sādhana-first ranking
Daily japa rounds, initiation status, initiating guru and temple connection weigh more than income or caste.
Private and respectful
Contact details stay behind each devotee's own privacy settings. Smart Search shows matches, never private data.
What is AI devotee matrimony?
AI devotee matrimony means using intelligent search and ranking to shortlist spiritually compatible life partners instead of scrolling through hundreds of unfiltered profiles. On YugalMilan, an AI-assisted parser reads your sentence, extracts the spiritual and practical criteria hidden inside it, and hands them to a ranking engine that scores every verified devotee profile against them.
The result is a shortlist that reflects what you actually said — not just the checkboxes you remembered to tick.
How the AI Smart Search works
Step one: you describe your ideal match in one line on the homepage or on the search page. Step two: the query is interpreted into structured criteria — age band, gender, city, temple community, chanting rounds, initiation status, education, profession, marital status and language. Step three: those criteria are matched against verified profiles, with fuzzy matching so a spelling slip in a temple or city name still finds the right devotees.
You always see an "understood as" row of chips, so nothing is a black box. If a chip is wrong, rephrase and search again in a second.
Why AI matters for Krishna conscious marriages
A devotee's compatibility questions are unusual: how many rounds does the person chant, are they initiated, which temple do they serve at, is the family favourable to Krishna consciousness, are they ready for grihastha āśrama as a path of service? Generic matrimony algorithms have no vocabulary for any of this.
YugalMilan's search vocabulary was built specifically around devotee life — japa, initiation, guru, temple, prasādam standards, book distribution, deity worship and kirtan seva — so a single sentence can express what would otherwise take a long conversation.
AI assists, devotees decide
AI on YugalMilan is a discovery tool, not a matchmaker with authority. It does not write to devotees on your behalf, does not judge character, and does not replace family consultation or the guidance of senior devotees.
Gold members are additionally paired with a devotee marriage counsellor for six months, so the human element — the part that actually decides a marriage — stays firmly with devotees and families.

Browsing and standard search are free. The full AI Smart Search results inside the member area are available to Gold (Advance Premium) members; anyone can try a query from the homepage.
Does AI decide who I should marry?
No. AI only helps you discover and rank verified devotee profiles. All decisions rest with you, your family and, for Gold members, your devotee marriage counsellor.

Is my data used to train an AI model?
No. Query understanding happens in your own browser and ranking runs inside our database. Profile data is not sent to any external AI provider.
