Prohibited Activities:

• Creating fake or misleading profiles
• Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate communication
• Commercial solicitation or spam
• Sharing explicit or inappropriate content
• Attempting to bypass our security measures
• Using the platform for purposes other than matrimony

• You control your profile visibility settings
• We don't sell your personal information to third parties
• You can delete your account and data at any time
• We implement security measures to protect your data

Subscription Plans:

• Free Plan: Basic profile creation and limited features
• Silver Plan: Enhanced features and unlimited messaging
• Gold Plan: All Silver features plus dedicated counselor access

Payment Terms:

• All payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways
• Subscriptions are valid for the stated duration (Silver: 6 months, Gold: 1 year)
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

No Refund Policy:

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable. Access to premium features is granted immediately upon payment, so a subscription — once activated — cannot be cancelled, refunded, transferred or exchanged, whether used partially or not at all. This includes cases where you find a partner early, stop using the platform, or your account is terminated for violating these terms. The only exceptions are verified duplicate charges and payments where money was deducted but the subscription was never activated.

No Guarantee of a Match or Marriage:

YugalMilan provides a facility, verification and support services only. We do not guarantee, promise or assure that you will find a suitable partner, receive interests or responses, or get married through the platform. We make no representation about the number, quality or suitability of profiles you will see. Any decision to proceed with a match, meet a person or enter into marriage is entirely your own — and that of your family — and you are responsible for independently verifying all information shared with you.

Service Disclaimers:

• Subscriptions pay for access to features, not for match outcomes
• We are not responsible for user-generated content or behavior
• Background verification is limited to provided information
• Success depends on individual effort and compatibility

Limitation of Liability:

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

You may terminate your account:

• At any time through your account settings
• Your profile will be permanently removed
• Remaining subscription time is not refunded

We may terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these terms of service
• Fraudulent or misleading information
• Inappropriate behavior towards other users
• Non-payment of subscription fees
