The following are strictly prohibited and will result in action against your account:

• Harassment — abusive messages, stalking, unwanted contact after being declined.
• Misrepresentation — fake photos, false age, marital status, or occupation.
• Fraud — asking members for money, gifts, or financial help; investment or job scams.
• Publicly sharing contact information — do not post phone numbers, emails, or social handles in your public profile fields.
• Spam — repetitive messages, promotional content, or links to external services.
• Hate speech — content that attacks caste, religion, community, or nationality.
• Sexual or obscene content — explicit messages, images, or requests.
• Underage use — creating an account below the legal marriageable age (18 for women, 21 for men in India).

If you encounter a profile or message that violates these guidelines, please report it immediately by emailing help@devotee-matrimony.com with the profile ID and a brief description. All reports are treated confidentially.
